I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts. I work with adults (ages 18+) on a wide array of issues including substance use, trauma, PTSD, depression and anxiety, chronic stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
Another area of focus is supporting and working with current or former athletes to navigate challenges such as injury and rehab, grief and loss, performance issues, and career and life transitions.
